Cancellation & No Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you and we truly value the trust you place in us. We understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change, so to honor the time and resources that go into preparing for your visit, we kindly ask that you follow this policy:
We ask for 48-hours notice of cancellation. If you need to cancel within that 48 hour window, your deposit will be held on file and applied to your rescheduled appointment.
No-shows (missing your appointment without notice) will be charged 50% of the service cost.
