    At our Longmont medical spa, we specialize in both Sculptra (poly-L-lactic acid) and Radiesse (calcium hydroxylapatite) for customized collagen restoration and tissue support.

  • Both stimulate collagen, but Sculptra rebuilds volume gradually using poly-L-lactic acid, while Radiesse provides subtle immediate lift with calcium-based microspheres and ongoing collagen stimulation.

  • Most clients enjoy results that last up to two years, with continued improvement over time as collagen remodeling occurs.

  • Expect mild swelling or tenderness for 1–3 days, but you can resume most activities immediately after treatment.
